These symptoms are all signs of tooth clenching or grinding. Very often people are completely unaware that they grind their teeth until symptoms present.

In some cases, grinding of your teeth can result in loss of teeth, fracture or teeth or need for root canals or other restorative treatment. There is no cure of teeth grinding and the only way to prevent damage to your teeth is to wear a night guard.
